Event Rules & Vendor Guidelines

Overview

Thank you for your interest in participating in a Styled by Niki market. Our goal is to create a well-organized, high-quality, and enjoyable experience for both vendors and attendees.

To ensure consistency across all events, all approved vendors are expected to follow the guidelines below.

Vendor Acceptance

  • All vendors must be approved prior to participating
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
  • Vendors are selected to ensure a balanced and curated mix of products and services
  • Styled by Niki reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion

Booth Space & Setup

  • Standard booth space is 10×10 unless otherwise specified
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own:
    • Tent (if applicable)
    • Tables and chairs
    • Display setup
  • All tents must be properly secured and weighted for safety
  • Booths must be clean, organized, and professional in appearance

Setup & Breakdown

  • Vendors must arrive within the designated setup window provided prior to the event
  • All booths must be fully set up before the event start time
  • Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved in advance
  • Vendors are responsible for fully cleaning their space before leaving

Product Guidelines

  • Vendors may only sell items that were approved during the application process
  • No counterfeit, prohibited, or inappropriate items are allowed
  • Styled by Niki reserves the right to request removal of any items not aligned with event standards

Exclusivity & Category Balance

  • Events are curated to limit oversaturation of similar products
  • Approval does not guarantee exclusivity within a category
  • Styled by Niki reserves the right to determine vendor mix for each event

Payments & Cancellations

  • Vendor spots are only secured once payment is received
  • All vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • If a vendor is unable to attend, notification must be given as soon as possible
  • Credits or transfers may be offered at the discretion of the event organizer

Weather Policy

  • Events are typically held rain or shine
  • Vendors are responsible for preparing for weather conditions
  • Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless the event is canceled by the organizer

Electricity & Special Requests

  • Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance
  • Approval for electricity is not guaranteed
  • Vendors must bring their own extension cords and equipment if approved

Food Vendors

  • All food and beverage vendors must comply with local health regulations
  • Required permits and licenses must be available upon request
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining safe food handling practices

Conduct & Expectations

  • Vendors are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times
  • Disruptive behavior, unsafe setups, or failure to follow guidelines may result in removal from the event
  • Vendors are responsible for their own property, setup, and interactions with customers

Liability

  • Vendors participate at their own risk
  • Styled by Niki and event hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
  • Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their setup or operations

Agreement

By participating in a Styled by Niki market, vendors agree to follow all event rules and guidelines outlined above.
